A retail company in Putrajaya is seeking a customer service associate to enhance the shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities include greeting customers, promoting products, managing inventory, and maintaining store cleanliness. Candidates should hold a minimum SPM or equivalent and preferably have previous retail experience. This role offers opportunities for career advancement and requires flexibility to work various retail hours, including weekends.
Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Promote products, provide product knowledge, and upsell to meet sales targets.
Assist in unloading, organizing, and handling goods efficiently during stock arrivals and placement.
Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and restock products as needed.
Ensure products are correctly labeled and displayed at eye level.
Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and report discrepancies.
Assist in the arrangement of product displays and store promotions.
Act as a replacement cashier when needed.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, dispose of trash, and keep aisles and storerooms neatly arranged.
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
Willing to work at Putrajaya or Cyberjaya.
