Job summary

A leading food service company in Johor Bahru is looking for a Sales Executive to drive new business opportunities and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include developing strong customer relationships, managing budgets, and analyzing sales performance. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree, a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in FMCG or food service, and proficiency in Mandarin or other Chinese dialects. Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities.


Ensure sales and collection targets are achieved.


Responsible for the preparation of sales and marketing budgets.


Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs.


Assist in the planning and execution of advertising, promotion (A&P), and marketing campaigns.


Ensure all sales-related records and documentation are accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed.


Analyze sales performance and prepare detailed reports for management review.


Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics) to ensure smooth operations.


Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to adapt and maintain a competitive edge.


Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.


Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by management from time to time.


Requirements

Diploma or Degree in any discipline.


Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the FMCG and/or food service industry.


Knowledge of online sales and digital marketing is an added advantage.


Able to communicate in Mandarin and/or other Chinese dialects is required (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients).


Self-motivated, independent, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.


Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Must possess own vehicle and a valid driving license.
