- Minimum of 1 year customer service or retail experience (skincare/beauty industry experience is an advantage).
- Fresh graduates with strong passion for sales and customer service are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer.

- Flexible to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Support in achieving personal sales, ATV (Average Transaction Value), and UPT (Units Per Transaction) targets.
- Promote and sell products/services while ensuring excellent customer and after-sales service.
Customer Consultation
- Assist in providing product demonstrations, skin analysis, and personalized skincare recommendations.
- Ensure a positive, professional, and friendly customer experience.
Product Knowledge
- Build knowledge of skincare products and ingredients.
- Stay informed on new product launches and promotions.
Inventory Management
- Assist with stock counts, replenishment, and receiving/unpacking stock.
- Help ensure stock accuracy and availability.
Store Cleanliness & Maintenance
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized store environment.
- Support daily store opening and closing activities.
Cash Handling & Transactions
- Process transactions accurately, including electronic payments and cash.
- Handle cash responsibly and provide correct change.
Returns & Exchanges
- Assist in processing returns/exchanges in accordance with company policies.
