A leading electronics retailer in Malaysia is seeking a customer-oriented Sales Associate. You'll provide friendly assistance to customers, demonstrate product features, and process sales transactions. The ideal candidate has prior experience in retail or customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. The role requires strong product knowledge and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience
Demonstrating product features and benefits to customers, and making personalized recommendations
Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately
Maintaining store displays and ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked and organised
Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Participating in staff training and development programs to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail or electronics industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build rapport
Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new products and technologies
Enthusiasm, self-motivation and a positive attitude
Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of the team
