Overview

Key Accountabilities: Achieve sales target set by Regional HQ by focusing on the following activities: Expand sales in existing customers’ base; Expand accounts in local market; Expand partner network. Support Singapore in these areas: business development in electronics, pharmaceutical, F&B and other manufacturers markets in the region; organizing sales & marketing activities such as exhibitions, seminars and partner events.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts for sales manager
  • Negotiate favorable price, terms & conditions for the company
  • Negotiate between partners, customers, and production planning team to achieve desired delivery schedule
  • Work closely with corporate support functions key people especially from Finance and Supply Chain Management departments to achieve planned sales on a monthly basis
  • Enter and update sales leads and opportunities progress into Salesforce
  • Attend to customers and partners to answer their technical queries (basic information)
Key Performance Indicators
  • Number of planned seminars
  • Bringing in targeted numbers of quality proof-of-concepts to the technical team
Compensation and Benefits
  • Basic Salary = RM 6k ~ 8.5k
  • Transport Allowance = RM 1k
  • Mobile Allowance = RM 100

  • Annual Leave: <5Y 14d, =>5Y 18d, =>10Y 21d
  • Medical Leave: <2Y 14d, =>2Y 18d, => 5Y 22d
  • Marriage Leave: 3 consecutive days

  • Public holiday fall on Saturday --> entitle to a replacement leave
  • Zero medical leave incentive = RM 400
