Taishin Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and organized Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our team in Kota Damansara, Selangor. In this full‑time role, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to our sales team, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and well‑organized O2O Sales & Operations Coordinator to support our Online‑to‑Offline (O2O) sales operations. This role acts as the main PIC for sales data management, coordination with O2O agents, and operational support across internal teams and retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up on sales progress and ensure smooth execution of O2O processes
  • Act as the main PIC to coordinate with O2O agents
  • Monitor and update sales status, ensuring data accuracy at all times
  • Assist in filling and tracking ad spending and campaign‑related data
  • Manage and follow up on work‑related WhatsApp/communication groups
  • Handle O2O sales and operations data key‑in, organization and updates (Sales list, tracking reports, performance data, ad spend records and more)
  • Respond to basic customer enquiries via WhatsApp and ensure proper follow‑up
  • Coordinate stock replenishment, returns and invoice‑related matters with internal teams
  • Provide basic product and operational training to O2O agents and retail stores when required (Hishin)
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of working experience with administrative/operations/sales support background
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Comfortable with data entry, data organization and tracking
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Able to multitask and handle all‑to‑all coordination work
  • Detail‑oriented, responsible and able to work independently
  • Experience in O2O, retail, FMCG or coordination roles will be an added advantage
