Sales and Marketing Executive (Property Development)

PKB PBA REALTY SDN BHD – Alor Setar, Kedah

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote properties and services.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and outreach.
  • Manage property listings and ensure they are up-to-date across all platforms.
  • Prepare sales presentations, marketing collateral, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain and oversee the upkeep of the sales gallery and show house, ensuring they are always in pristine condition for client viewings.
  • Coordinate and manage property viewings and showings at the sales gallery and show house.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning and organizing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Track and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.
  • Follow up on loan approval processes within the stipulated timeline to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Arrange appointments for clients to sign agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor and achieve sales KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to meet business targets and objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the property or real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of property market trends and customer behavior.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in developer's sales or real estate sales.
  • Willing to work over the weekend or Public Holidays.
  • Able to confidently host live sessions on TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms to drive sales.
  • Knowledge and experience of handling e-SPA.
