Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services, driving sales, and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives and contribute to the company's overall growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior management.
- Manage customer queries, complaints, and issues to ensure timely resolution.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for digital and print platforms (social media, emails, brochures, etc.).
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email marketing, events, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
- Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, campaigns, and sales performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required (candidates who can speak Mandarin dialects will have an advantage).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
- Experience in market research and data analysis.
- Creative and innovative thinking with the ability to generate new ideas for campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing is a plus.
