Manage and support key retail accounts
Plan and execute monthly and yearly sales & marketing plans for each brand
Monitor sales performance and prepare monthly sales reports
Coordinate promotions, campaigns, in-store displays and activities with retailers

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management (B2B)
- Manage and support key retail accounts
- Plan and execute monthly and yearly sales & marketing plans for each brand
- Monitor sales performance and prepare monthly sales reports
- Coordinate promotions, campaigns, in-store displays and activities with retailers
- Support sales targets and expand brand visibility in stores
Digital Content & Creative Support
- Prepare and manage digital assets including:
- Social media postings
- Promotional visuals
- Mailers for retailer e-catalogues
- Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines and retailer requirements
- Coordinate with design team for artwork and creative materials
Social Media & Campaign Execution
- Assist with monthly social media postings based on promotions and campaigns
- Coordinate posting schedule and campaign visuals with marketing team
- Support content planning for product launches and seasonal promotions
E-Commerce & Marketplace Management (B2C)
- Plan and execute monthly promotions and campaigns on marketplaces
- Prepare banners, visuals and product images for online platforms
- Monitor online sales performance and prepare monthly e-commerce sales reports
Event Management & Operations
- Plan, coordinate and execute marketing events, roadshows, product launches and in-store activations
- Manage event logistics including vendors, materials, setup and on-site coordination
- Support operational arrangements for promotions, displays and campaign execution
- Monitor event effectiveness and prepare post-event reports and evaluations
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly sales and campaign performance reports
- Track promotion results and recommend improvements
Other Duties
- Liaise with internal teams, retailers and external agencies
- Support ad-hoc sales & marketing projects as assigned
Requirements / Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in personal care / FMCG / retail
- Experience handling B2B retail accounts (Watsons, Guardian, AEON is an advantage)
- Experience in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing and event coordination is preferred
- Strong analytical, reporting and Microsoft Excel skills
- Creative, detail-oriented and well-organized
- Good communication and coordination skills
