  • Experience in Inventory Management is advantageous.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the specific requirements of the motorcycle industry.
Responsibilities
  • Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and other payment methods.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, including daily sales reports, inventory updates, and customer information.
  • Manage and reconcile cash drawer, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
  • Support sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales quotes, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing product information and resolving issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sales floor, cashier station, and storage areas.
