JOB SCOPE: SALES ADVISOR (ELECTRIC CAR / EV)
1. Customer Engagement & Consultation
  • Greet walk-in customers and provide professional consultation on electric vehicles.
  • Understand customers’ needs, lifestyle, and budget to recommend suitable EV models.
  • Educate customers on EV technology, battery life, charging solutions, safety features, and maintenance requirements.
2. Sales Process & Closing
  • Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance, features, and benefits.
  • Present pricing, financing options, trade-in procedures, and promotions clearly.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, booking forms, and sales documentation.
  • Follow up with prospects to convert leads into successful sales.
3. Product Knowledge & Updates
  • Stay updated with the latest EV models, specifications, and technological advancements.
  • Understand government incentives, EV rebates, or tax reliefs and explain them to customers.
4. Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships to encourage repeat sales and referrals.
  • Provide after‑sales support by coordinating with service departments regarding delivery, registration, and handover.
5. Market & Brand Promotion
  • Participate in roadshows, EV showcases, social media promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in creating product content including videos, posts, and customer testimonials.
6. Reporting & Administrative Duties
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update customer databases.
  • Ensure proper documentation of bookings, payments, and follow‑ups.
  • Track market trends, competitor products, and pricing.
7. Professional Standards
  • Comply with company SOPs, sales procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness and ensure vehicles are presentable for display/test drive.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
  • Candidate must have a minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
  • Passion for electric vehicles and sustainability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can interact with people at all levels.
