Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Pipeline Development & Prospecting
    • Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through digital outreach and research.
    • Engage with prospective clients via email, calls, and social media.
    • Support the sales team with scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
  • Market Research & Business Intelligence
    • Conduct research to uncover industry trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities.
    • Analyze data to generate actionable insights that support sales strategies.
    • Help prepare reports, pitch materials, and market briefings.
  • Client Support & Onboarding Assistance
    • Support newly acquired clients through the onboarding process.
    • Serve as a point of contact to address client queries and ensure a smooth experience post-deployment.
    • Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
  • Final year, final semester for Diploma/Degree; OR newly graduated and looking to explore the healthtech industry
  • Able to commit at least 3 months (12 weeks)
  • A self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable making calls and engaging with prospects
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, or data analytics platforms (are a plus!)
