A leading hotel chain in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Sales & Marketing support professional. This role involves managing office supplies, coordinating guest services, preparing welcome kits for new hires, and providing on-site support during events. Candidates should be organized and proactive, with the ability to assist in various departmental functions. Prepare and maintain the Sales & Marketing duty roster, including updates for annual leave (AL) and medical leave (MC).
Coordinate guest purchases of gift vouchers, including payment processing and courier arrangements.
Manage office supplies, including ordering, inventory control, and stock replenishment.
Prepare welcome kits for new hires and ensure readiness prior to onboarding.
Update and maintain the Sales & Marketing department’s organizational chart.
Regularly update notice boards in both the main and ground floor Sales offices.
Organize monthly departmental birthday celebrations.
Process requisitions for Sales & Marketing gift vouchers.
Handle requisitions for corporate gifts and maintain accurate tracking records.
Prepare sales kits and corporate gifts for business trips and events.
Provide on-site support during wedding fairs and sales events.
Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM) with business trip expense claims.
Coordinate office seating arrangements, system logins, employee ID creation, and business card issuance for new joiners.
Attend and assist managers during site inspections and client visits.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support departmental operations.
