Join Super Asia Enterprise Sdn Bhd as a Sales Administration Coordinator, working full-time in our Bandar Teknologi Kajang, Selangor office. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth running of our sales operations.
Providing administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, invoicing, and customer account management
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records and databases
Preparing sales reports and presentations as required
Assisting with the coordination of sales activities and events
Providing excellent customer service to our clients
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless workflow
Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as needed
At least 2 years of experience in a sales administration or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
Proficient in using Autocount, Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
