A leading money-transfer service provider in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive to maintain office systems, assist the manager in growing the business, and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree, proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, and experience in the financial or retail industry is a plus. You will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities and ensuring optimal client satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding team.
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
Dealing with incoming calls, emails, faxes and post, often correspondence on behalf of the manager.
Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
Assist the manager in all possible ways to help grow the business and accomplish all defined goals, while ensuring exceptional client service.
Assist the manager to build stronger relationships with all agents and potential agents in order to maximize client satisfaction and customer satisfaction rating.
Assist the manager in managing and resolving agents' and corporate customers' complaints and issues.
Assist the manager in managing and conducting ongoing periodic review of the agents' and corporate customers' performance.
Assist the manager to organizing, managing and coordinating marketing activities and events for the division and ensure all such activities and events are supported by the necessary sale and marketing material and other related logistics.
Conducting periodical site visit on the agents' outlets to conduct head count and mystery shopper test and etc.
To monitor, review and to ensure that amount due to or from agent are accurate.
Assist the manager in setting sale targets for agents and ensuring the agents achieved the sale target.
Reporting to the manager on all issues concerning the agents.
Any other add-hoc duties as assigned by the manager or management.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
Maintain trusting relationships with agents and colleagues.
Minimum diploma or degree in any field, with preference given to candidates in business, management, marketing, or international business.
Experience in the financial or retail industry will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential.
Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
Proven portfolio management skills with the ability to optimize client satisfaction.
