Job summary

A furniture sales company is urgently seeking a Sales Admin for an online role, offering a base salary of RM4500 to RM8000, plus commission and incentives. You'll close sales via social media platforms and handle customer inquiries both online and offline. Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of experience in online and retail sales, as well as familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing. Proficient English and Bahasa Malaysia are required, while Mandarin is a plus.

SALES ADMIN ONLINE (HOME BASED +HIGH COMM+URGENT)

• Can choose home based or office based
• RM4500 to RM8000
• Basic + Commission + Incentives + Allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Closed online furniture sales by engaging with client through digital social media, eg Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Shopee/Lazada and etc
• Handle customers from retail walk-in and online.
• Coordinate with factory operation and sales team ensure the order processing and installation arrangement running smoothly
• Ensure the adequacy and update of sales-related material and price list.
• Able to resolve customers’ complaints promptly
• Strong communication skill, problem solving and customer follow up skills
• Achieve sales for monthly or yearly target.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in online and retail sales.
• Experience in e-commerce platform & digital marketing. like Shopee, Lazada are preferable
• Familiar with online advertising platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads)
• Good sales and marketing sense, with quick responsiveness to sales performance
• Independent, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility. Ability to analyse data and insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
