  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM or tracking tools.
  • Self‑motivated, driven, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and share best practices.
  • Must have own transport for face‑to‑face client engagements and property viewings.
Responsibilities
