TheCustomerServiceExecutivemaintainsagoodrelationshipandworksdirectlywiththecustomers to completesalestransactions. Your duties include responding to enquiries, providing quotations, and order fulfilment. You will be working under the supervision of the senior customer service.

Job Responsibilities
  • Sales operations or sales support
  • Attend customer enquiries through email and phone
  • Coordinate with sales, production/supplier, finance, WH logistics
  • Create and maintain customer records in the system and maintain proper documentation
  • Monitor orders against available inventory and ensure smooth delivery processes
  • Monitor and coordinate with vendor (on shipment arrangement/delivery schedules)
  • Able to work in office at Bayan Lepas, Penang
People Requirements
  • Minimum SPM with 2 years related experience, or Diploma fresh graduates
  • Maximum 5 years of customer service in order management, or purchasing experience will be an added advantage
  • Can use computer with minimal supervision: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, BC
  • Provides on-job guidance on systems (e.g., SAP/ERP, BC) throughout probation period
  • Can speak in English, Malay and Mandarin
  • We are looking for Mandarin‑speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin‑speaking customers
