• Confident, friendly, and persuasive — able to speak well on camera.
• Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
• Organized, proactive, and able to follow up and manage tasks independently.
• Own transport required for client appointments.
• Minimum1 year experiencein sales, customer service, or e-commerce preferred.
• Must be available to work Tuesday to Saturday
• Working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Online support : Monday - Reply to customer messages if contacted (WhatsApp, Shopee, TikTok)

Responsibility

Livestream Hosting (TikTok / Shopee)

• Host up to 5 livestream sessions per week to promote products and engage viewers.
• Plan livestream flow, talking points, and product highlights with the marketing team.
• Interact with viewers, answer questions, and create excitement & urgency.
• Track and report weekly livestream performance.

E-Commerce Sales & Customer Service

• Respond to customer inquiries on Shopee, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
• Provide online support on Mondays (remote) if customers message.
• Recommend suitable gift options and upsell bundles/promotions.
• Process orders and coordinate packing & shipping with the operations team.
• Assist morning packing to ensure smooth daily fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Corporate & Offline Sales (B2B)

• Reach out to corporate clients, retailers & gift partners to drive new sales opportunities.
• Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and client meetings.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and product catalogues for pitching.
• Maintain structured sales pipeline & weekly progress reports.
• Attend meetings/events within Klang Valley (mileage reimbursed).
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure strong after-sales service.
