Job summary

A leading property development company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking both a Junior and a Senior Sales Admin & Credit Control professional. The role involves managing billing processes, monitoring credit workflows, and ensuring compliance with policies. Candidates should have a Degree or Diploma in related fields and 2-5 years of experience in credit control within the property industry. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidates will serve Mandarin-speaking clients.

  • Familiarity with bank & government claiming process.
  • Experience in dealing with lawyers.

Job description
SALES ADMIN & CREDIT CONTROL (1 JUNIOR & 1 SENIOR) (PROPERTY DEVELOPER)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely issuance of billings, official receipts and statements.
  • Follow up on all reminders and termination notice as per credit policy.
  • Assist in formulating the content of SPA & DMC with panel lawyer and monitoring the SPA & DMC signing process.
  • Monitor workflow in the Credit Control Department and ensure all tasks are done according to established procedure.
  • Monitor timely disbursement either from purchaser or end-financier.
  • Keep computer system updated and generate all reports as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Business Studies/Finance/Account or equivalent.
  • At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in collection and credit control from property industry.
  • Preferably existing IFCA user.
  • Possess strong analytical, planning and problem solving and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin both spoken and written is preferred. “We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.”
  • Familiar with bank & government claiming process and experienced in dealing with lawyers.
