As Account Manager, you are the primary point of contact for our customers in the semiconductor and high-tech manufacturing sectors. You understand their technical and operational needs, translate them into clear requirements, and ensure we deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations. You build long‑term relationships, identify new business opportunities, and help position our company as a trusted partner for critical precision cleaning services.

This role combines commercial drive, technical understanding, and a hands‑on approach suited to a fast‑growing startup environment.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITY
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers in the semiconductor and high‑tech supply chain.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively develop prospects into long‑term partnerships.
  • Understand customer technical requirements (cleanliness specifications, handling guidelines, packaging needs) and coordinate internally with Operations, Quality, and Engineering.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and pricing structures.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvements in service levels.
  • Support customer audits, visits, and technical discussions.
  • Provide input for forecasting, market analysis, and strategic commercial planning.
  • Represent the company at industry events, supplier days, and customer meetings (in Malaysia and occasionally abroad).
FUNCTION REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in account management, technical sales, or business development—preferably in high‑tech manufacturing, semiconductor supply chain, surface treatment, or precision processes.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand technical processes (cleaning, contamination control, cleanroom production) or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑scaling startup environment.
  • You are self‑driven, you have an entrepreneurial spirit and a focus on building long lasting relationships.
  • You have a basic know‑how of making price calculations and analyses.
  • Commercial mindset with the confidence to negotiate and close deals.
