Your Role & Mission

As a Sales Consultant at LMEM, you will:

  • Build and manage a strong reseller / workshop network
  • Promote LMEM brands with product knowledge & value storytelling
  • Help resellers increase sell-out, not just stock-in
  • Conduct product demos, education & basic training
  • Identify reseller pain points and provide practical solutions
  • Work closely with marketing to run promotions & campaigns
  • Be a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson
What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

  • Diploma / Degree or relevant experience (fresh grads welcome)
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and disciplined
  • Willing to travel within assigned territory
  • Passion for automotive or sales growth

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience in automotive aftermarket / workshops
  • Sales or B2B exposure
  • Social, confident, and presentation-friendly personality
