Overview

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Safety Site Supervisor to ensure all safety regulations, policies, and procedures are followed at the worksite. The role involves monitoring daily operations, conducting safety checks, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards to create a safe working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and prepare safety reports.
• Identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
• Provide safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training to workers.
• Investigate accidents/incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and company HSE policies.
• Work closely with contractors, site supervisors, and project managers to maintain safe practices.
• Maintain proper records of safety documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health, Construction Safety, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in safety supervision at construction/project sites (fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are also encouraged to apply).
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
