Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
1–5 years of experience in QA/QC, quality inspections, or quality management (fresh graduates are welcomed for junior roles).
Strong understanding of quality standards such as ISO 9001 or industry‑specific standards.
Experience with inspection tools, testing equipment, and quality documentation.
Good analytical thinking and problem‑solving capability.
Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
Detail‑oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, standards, and guidelines.
Conduct inspections, audits, and testing at various project or production stages.
Identify defects or non‑conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Review engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Prepare QA/QC reports, test records, checklists, NCRs, and other required documentation.
Work closely with engineering, production, and project teams to resolve quality issues.
Monitor supplier and vendor quality performance and conduct material inspection.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and reduce quality‑related issues.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, safety, and industry standards.
Participate in internal and external audits where required.
