Job summary

A leading construction recruitment firm is seeking a Safety Officer/Supervisor for an ongoing project in Selangor. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety compliance on-site, identifying hazards, and conducting safety inspections in line with Malaysian regulations. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Mandarin, possess a valid DOSH Green Book or Yellow Book, and have CIDB-related safety certification. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work on-site throughout the project duration.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Hold a valid DOSH Green Book or Yellow Book.
• Possess CIDB safety certification or registration for compliance with construction projects.
• Experience in construction site safety management required.
• Knowledge of Malaysian safety regulations and inspection processes essential.
• Must be responsible and detail-oriented with the ability to work on-site.

Job Summary / 职位概述：

We are hiring Safety Officers / Safety Supervisors to support an ongoing construction project in Selangor. This role is responsible for on-site safety supervision, hazard identification and reporting, safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with Malaysian construction safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities / 岗位职责：

• Supervise on-site workers to ensure compliance with safety operating procedures and proper use of Malaysian standard personal protective equipment (PPE). (监督施工现场人员按安全操作规程作业，并正确佩戴符合马来西亚标准的个人防护装备。)
• Identify, report, and follow up on safety hazards, including high-risk activities such as working at height. (识别、上报并跟进各类安全隐患，包括高空作业等高风险施工活动。)
• Ensure site safety practices comply with Malaysian safety regulations and inspection requirements. (确保施工现场安全管理符合马来西亚安全法规及相关检查要求。)
• Establish and maintain safety reporting mechanisms, including regular submission of safety data and reports. (建立并维护安全数据及报告提交流程，按要求定期上报安全相关资料。)

Requirements / 任职要求：
