Functional (job Responsibilities)

Reporting

• Manage regular preparation of reports and presentations to relevant stakeholders and conduct, both proactively and on request, analysis of various related key performance data to highlight issues, trends and key areas of both improved and underperformance and to test hypothesis on key drivers and relationships.

Analysis & Insights

• Analyse business performance, identify gap and recommend improvement to meet monthly targets and minimum standard of performance
• Mine through large data sets to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities
• Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data to provide answers to business questions as well as provide recommendations for action

Presentation

• Present data and analysis in a clear and concise manner enable business stakeholders to quickly understand the results and recommendations to make data driven decisions.
• Synthesize complex data analysis and insights into easy to understand and effective data storytelling
• Collaborate with various internal teams to prioritize requests/needs and provide a holistic view of the analysis
