About Our Client

Job Description
  • Handle end-to-end Record-to-Report activities, including general ledger maintenance and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and intercompany transactions.
  • Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing, including trial balance preparation and variance analysis.
  • Manage fixed asset accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP, internal controls, and support internal/external audits.
  • Provide data for tax and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Identify and drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful RTR Accountant should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
