We are seeking an experienced Room Division Manager to join our team at PERDANA KOTA BHARU' in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. As the Room Division Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our hotel's rooms and front office operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and the smooth running of our accommodation facilities. This full-time role is critical to the success of our Hospitality & Tourism business.

What you'll be doing

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the hotel's rooms division, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services

Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance throughout all guest rooms and public areas

Develop and implement strategies to maximise room occupancy and revenue

Manage, train, and develop a team of front office and housekeeping staff

Handle guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally

Analyse performance data and reports to identify areas for improvement

Collaborate with other department managers to coordinate hotel operations

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and security regulations

What we're looking for

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry

Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, excellent customer service orientation, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to multitask and work under pressure

Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
