The Role:
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Rewards Services Specialist to join our regional team. In this role, you will ensure alignment between system infrastructure and employee experience, enhance data quality and analytics, and contribute to key initiatives such as standardization, differentiation, and digital transformation. This position plays a vital role in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our compensation and benefits programs, while also supporting HR shared services and collaborating with various business teams across the region.
What will you do?
- Employee Value Proposition & Total Rewards
- Support the development and execution of a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and robust Compensation & Benefits (C&B) frameworks.
- Align benefits and recognition programs with internal standards and compliance requirements, while providing regular reporting and analytics support.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Global Mobility, Brokers) to manage employee rewards such as share options, insurance renewals, and medical claims.
- Compensation & Benefits Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of C&B programs, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Promote regional standardization of C&B processes while allowing for local customization to meet country-specific needs.
- Data Quality & Reporting
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, implement controls, and collaborate across teams to enhance data integrity.
- Provide regular HR and analytical reporting to support decision-making and compliance.
- Policy & Governance
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and process guides.
- Maintain and govern HR content on internal platforms (e.g., intranet), including templates and best practices.
- Maintain an up-to-date HR Knowledge Database as a central repository for policies, SOPs, templates, and tools to ensure operational consistency.
- Digital Transformation & Process Improvement
- Actively participate in digital transformation initiatives, including automation and self-service tools.
- Identify opportunities to enhance digital efficiency and streamline intra/inter-team data transfer processes.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve system workflows and user experience.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Educational Background & Experience
- A recognized university degree with a minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably within multinational corporations (MNCs) and exposure to centralized hub operations.
- Compensation & Benefits Expertise
- Solid understanding of C&B programs and processes.
- Strong familiarity with HR technologies and systems, with a digital-first mindset to enhance HR operations.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and meticulous attention to detail in drafting and reviewing communications and reports.
- Collaboration & Adaptability

- Digital & Technical Proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, including tools that support digital deployment, machine learning, and AI.
- Skilled in HRIS systems, data management, and statistical reporting.
- Knowledgeable in automation/scripting, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- HR Knowledge & Regulatory Awareness
- Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, payroll, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Self-Management & Execution
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Applies segmentation strategies to prioritize and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Strong follow up with stakeholders and vendors.
