This role drives strategic, cross-functional revenue programs that directly support business growth and operational scalability. The Revenue Program Manager will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), owning both overarching programs and their component projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and long-term objectives. This position requires balancing tactical execution with strategic planning, documenting processes, and analyzing outcomes to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of managing complex initiatives, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Accountabilities
  • Own the full lifecycle of multiple, complex revenue programs, from strategy to deployment and ongoing maintenance
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned functional areas, providing deep insight and guidance
  • Define long-term program roadmaps, manage interdependencies, and lead program-specific meetings
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for programs
  • Analyze business problems, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure program success
  • Implement KPI reporting and governance processes, providing leadership visibility into program performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align projects with broader business objectives and drive program adoption
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
  • 7+ years of program management experience with proven ability to manage both overarching programs and component projects
  • Strong organizational, project, and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple initiatives and stakeholders
  • Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience leveraging data to measure program outcomes
  • Exceptional ability to document and simplify complex processes for clarity and alignment
  • Experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), able to make informed decisions beyond standard project management
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Technical proficiency with Google Suite, MS Office, and web-based collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams)
  • Self-starter mindset with adaptability to fast-paced, high-growth environments
