Job description

Responsible to perform detail analysis, identify abnormalities and gaps including interpret trends in complex data sets to detect potential revenue leakage cases. The role includes data extraction and data mining from various source systems and perform reconciliation for investigation purposes. Responsible to identify potential risks and leakage area and closely working with stakeholders to resolve leakage issues and prepare financial impact. Report RA incident findings accurately and on timely basis.

• Perform end to end reconciliation and investigation from customer service order to billing system to ensure good customer experience and mitigate revenue leakage.
• Responsible to monitor dashboard and analyze detail call records to identify reasons for gaps in voice traffic.
• Analyze complex sets of data to detect any variance in products offerings and service status including system and billing configuration which have financial impact to the company.
• Lead and manage RA projects with relevant stakeholders.
• Perform audit check on billing activities including integrity of customer billing.
• Identify root cause, determine corrective/ preventive measures & see through resolution for all billing errors, adjustments & modifications identified
• Escalate incident cases to relevant stakeholders to ensure issues are highlighted and fixed permanently.
• Work closely and follow up with stakeholders and system owners to avoid recurring revenue leakage cases. Ensure RA incident cases are closed on timely basis.
• Prepare RA incident reports on monthly and adhoc basis to respective stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/ IT with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related role.
• Excellent knowledge and strong proficiency in SQL, SAS, Python or other analytical tools (for the purpose of data extraction, processing and interpreting data from the database)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (ie; Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc), Power BI/ Tableau, ODBC connections (SSMS, Access, Net)
• Experienced in billing system/ financial system implementation is an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of Revenue Assurance roles and responsibilities including its process and procedures.
• A proven record of work achievement is required
