Job summary

A leading design and build company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled project manager to coordinate work with stakeholders and manage tenant projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate has a degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent, along with a minimum of five years' experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is required, along with an understanding of building materials, construction requirements, and UBBL regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of working experience.
• Understanding of UBBL and other regulations.

Responsibilities

• Able to coordinate work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and lead tenants and mall operator from inception to completion.
• Evaluate tenants’ submission of drawings and design.
• Inspect and supervise work on site.
• Provide progress and status of work.
