Store Supervisor (Fashion / Apparel Retail)

Location: Puchong / Setia Alam

Department & Store Operations
  • Drive department sales and productivity to achieve store targets.
  • Monitor daily and weekly sales, stock movement, and space utilization reports.
  • Ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand standards—neat, well-organized, steamed, and properly tagged.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and visual merchandising.
  • Safeguard company assets, customer property, and store inventory.
Merchandising Excellence
  • Oversee stock replenishment, rotation, and accurate inventory records.
  • Track fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-selling items, including damaged or aging stock.
  • Execute promotions, sell-offs, price revisions, and seasonal campaigns effectively.
  • Provide valuable customer insights to buying and design teams.
Customer Experience
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure service standards are consistently met.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Train and guide staff on product knowledge, selling skills, and after-sales service.
  • Create a welcoming environment—proactive greetings, engagement, and solutions.
People Leadership
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate your team to perform at their best.
  • Support onboarding through buddy systems and continuous training.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate performance and improvements.

What We’re Looking For
