A premier retail brand in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Junior Retail Stock Assistant on a 1-Year contract. Responsibilities include managing stock levels, receiving and arranging inventory, and supporting retail operations. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in stock inventory or retail and are proficient in Microsoft Excel. This role offers a monthly salary of RM2,800, along with additional allowances and commission based on performance.

Retail Stock Assistant (Junior)

Kuala Lumpur

Job Type: 1-Year Contract (Conversion to Permanent subject to performance)

Salary: RM2,800 per month

Working Arrangement

• Working hours: Based on shift scheduling
• Rest days: 8 days off per month
• Work location: Boutique KLCC & Boutique Pavilion KL (priority placement)
• Joining date: ASAP

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor stock inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability
• Receive, check, and arrange incoming and outgoing stock items
• Perform stock replenishment and ensure proper product storage
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist in inventory audits
• Update stock records using Microsoft Excel and POS systems
• Coordinate with boutique staff to support daily retail operations
• Ensure stockroom is organized, clean, and compliant with brand standards

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification
• At least 1 year of experience in stock inventory or retail operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and POS systems
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fresh graduates not preferred, but negotiable if skillsets meet requirements
