You will need to assist in online and offline marketing strategy execution to increase equity, walk in, and conversion. To assist walk in customer in choosing suitable product and follow up in delivery and warranty claim.

Job Scope

• Sales support and customer relationship management by serving walk-in and online customers, following up on inquiries, assisting with product selection, providing quotations, processing orders, and building strong relationships for repeat business.
• Assist in marketing social media content creation, coordinating online and offline campaigns, and organizing promotional events to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.
• Maintain an attractive showroom display and environment, assist in sales reports generation to analyze trends, and collaborate with teams to align inventory stock availability and sales efforts with business goals.
