Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Welcome customers by greeting them and assessing customers’ needs. Explain, provide appropriate recommendation and perform demonstration on the features of the products to the customers. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. Achieve sales target and ensure outlet stock accuracy. Perform daily operation tasks such as sales report, stock take, etc. Comply to company policies and standard operation procedures. To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
