A retail company in Malaysia is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant for their new outlet at IOI Mall Damansara. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, providing product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Welcome customers by greeting them and assessing customers’ needs.
Explain, provide appropriate recommendation and perform demonstration on the features of the products to the customers.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Achieve sales target and ensure outlet stock accuracy
Perform daily operation tasks such as sales report, stock take, etc
Comply to company policies and standard operation procedures
To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent.
Proven working experience in retail sales / fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Friendly, self-motivated, confident and sales driven
Keep up-to-date with products information.
Basic administration skills.
