About the Role

We are looking for a driven and passionate Diving & Water Sports Lover to join our team in Selangor. In this role, you will be the face of our company, using your knowledge and enthusiasm to help customers find the perfect diving and water sports gear. Your primary goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives sales and fosters loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and identify their diving or water sports needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice and showcase the latest diving and water sports gear that aligns with customer requirements.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions efficiently.

Product & Inventory Management

• Maintain a fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing store.
• Participate in receiving, checking, and organizing new shipments of diving and water sports gear and apparel.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications.

Store Operations

• Uphold superior store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and inviting.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A passionate Diving & Water Sports Lover – your enthusiasm is as important as your experience.
• Proven experience in a retail sales environment is preferred.
• Must be fluent in Chinese to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.
• Understanding of customer service principles and sales techniques.
• A customer-service oriented mindset with a helpful, confident, and engaging demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic administrative and computer skills.
• Ability to work flexibly 3-6 days per week.
