Job summary

A leading wellness company is seeking experienced retail sales personnel for multiple showrooms across Malaysia. Candidates will promote and market massage chairs and fitness products, ensuring excellent customer service while achieving sales targets. A minimum of three years in retail sales, alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills, is required. We're looking for motivated individuals ready to manage showroom operations and participate in promotional events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of retail sales experience, preferably in health, wellness, fitness, or consumer electronics.
  • Hands-on experience in retail operations, including sales management and inventory management.
  • Must demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.

Job description

Available Locations: Multiple GINTELL showrooms across Malaysia. You may indicate your preferred location.

Promote and market GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products to walk-in, online, and offline customers.

Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly, and engaging experience.

Achieve and exceed showroom sales targets (weekly, monthly, and annually) through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.

Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including follow-ups on enquiries, leads, and after-sales service.

Manage daily showroom operations, including display arrangement, stock checking, and maintaining a clean & presentable showroom environment.

Participate in roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and capture new leads.

Work closely with the team and management to ensure smooth sales operations and consistent brand standards.

Remuneration package : Basic salary + Sales commission

Job Requirements
  • Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of retail sales experience, preferably within a similar industry (health, wellness, fitness, or consumer electronics).
  • Must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Must have hands‑on experience in retail operations, including sales management, product display, stock control and inventory management.
  • Must demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or possess valid residency status.
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
