As the Retail Marketing Executive, you will lead the execution of retail-focused marketing initiatives that drive in-store traffic, brand visibility, and campaign engagement across MOG’s nationwide outlet network. You will act as a bridge between marketing strategy and retail execution, ensuring that every campaign or activation is optimized for results at the store level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute retail-driven marketing campaigns in alignment with MOG’s brand objectives.
- Drive traffic to stores through tactical promotions, thematic campaigns, festive activations, and co-branded programs.
- Propose creative mechanics that engage walk-ins, increase conversion, and enhance customer experience.
- Plan and coordinate in-store activations, pop-ups, roadshows, trunk shows, and outlet-level events.
- Collaborate with the events, creative, and operations teams to deliver seamless executions.
- Act as the retail marketing lead for store opening/renovation launches.
- Work closely with the Merchandising team to plan monthly and quarterly promotions tied to stock performance, new launches, or supplier initiatives.
- Work with suppliers and brand principals to plan launches, promo support, in-store visibility, and staff education materials.
- Propose campaign ideas to uplift product sell-through and maintain strong category performance.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or brand activation.
- Experience in eyewear, beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle/healthcare retail is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and shopper marketing.
- Excellent planning and coordination skills, able to manage multiple outlets and campaigns simultaneously.
- Confident in stakeholder management, both internal and external (suppliers, store team, merchandising etc).
- Creative thinker with a hands-on attitude — able to take ideas from pitch to execution.
- Strong team player who can collaborate across departments and provide progress updates clearly and regularly.
