Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or talent management.
• Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia & English, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the planning and execution of learning initiatives.
• Facilitate onboarding for new employees and maintain training documentation.
• Manage logistics and compliance of training programs.
• Support the Learning & Development Manager in engaging campaigns.
