Retail Finance Executive (6 months external contract – Maternity Cover)

We are currently looking for a Retail Finance Executive to provide maternity cover for six months, supporting Dealer IFC and the implementation of central Dealer Benchmarking, contributing to the financial reporting and performance monitoring of our dealer network.

Dealer Financial Reporting & Benchmarking

• Participate in the development and implementation of the Dealer Benchmarking System (DBS).
• Prepare detailed financial reports on dealer network performance.
• Support Sales Funnel discipline by monitoring Mystery Shopping (MYS) results, managing queries, and analyzing reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate dealer data submission and validation.
• Maintain consistency of system COA mapping according to BMW Group IFC Business Logic.
• Report benchmarks for key performance indicators across all dealerships regularly.
• Build and maintain close relationships with dealers to address system progress and issues.

What you should bring along?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting, Business, Economics or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or business analytics.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and strong business analytical abilities.
• Proactive team player with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
