Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Establish short‑term and long‑term sales goals and strategies.
• Identify and analyse customer needs and requirements.
• Manage customer complaints, inquiries and questions.
• Prepare sales reports and analyse data.
• Conduct market research to understand market trends, products and services.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends.

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication in Mandarin.

Working Hours – Retail Hours

• 10:00 am – 10:00 pm (Full Shift)
• 9:30 am – 5:00 pm (Morning Shift)
• 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm (Afternoon Shift)
