Responsibility
Retail & Network Expansion (Recommerce Electronics)
  • Lead end-to-end leasing for new and existing retail outlets, supporting the expansion of a pre‑owned and refurbished electronics retail network.
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure high‑footfall locations (shopping malls, transportation hubs, high‑street retail) that drive device buy‑back, trade‑in, and resale volumes.
  • Assess site suitability based on customer traffic profile, device sourcing potential, price‑sensitive consumer behaviour, and operational feasibility.
  • Manage lease renewals, negotiations, and rent optimisation to ensure commercial viability and margin sustainability in a competitive recommerce environment.
  • Monitor store lease performance and recommend actions on renewals, relocations, resizing, or closures to optimise network productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with mall operators, developers, landlords, and local property owners to secure favourable commercial terms.
Casual Leasing / Atrium Activations (Device Buy‑Back & Sales Campaigns)
  • Secure atrium, kiosk, and pop‑up spaces for device trade‑in, buy‑back, refurbishment promotion, and seasonal sales campaigns.
  • Negotiate short‑term leasing agreements within approved commercial parameters, ensuring strong ROI and flexibility.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand, Retail Operations, Retail Design, and Visual Merchandising to execute high‑impact activations aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Support rapid deployment of temporary retail formats to test new locations, increase device sourcing, and boost brand visibility.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Track retail leasing trends, competitor footprint, rental benchmarks, and new mall developments, with a focus on electronics and value‑driven retail.
  • Analyse store and location performance in relation to device acquisition volume, sales conversion, and operating cost efficiency.
  • Prepare leasing proposals, business cases, presentations, and executive summaries to support management decision‑making.
  • Ensure all leasing activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and local regulatory standards.
