Working Location: PJ PARADIGM. Basic Salary RM 2,000. Commission separate, minimum RM 200–RM 400.

Job Title

Retail Fashion Associate – HLA Female Brand (Malaysia).

Responsibilities

• Maintain, replenish and upkeep the store according to brand image and standards.
• Provide an overall in‑store customer experience, understanding customer needs, recommending suitable apparel, and offering alternatives.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide styling suggestions and product knowledge to help customers find suitable outfits.
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and promoting current collections.
• Perform pants alteration (e.g., hemming) using store equipment as required.
• Operate the POS system efficiently during transactions, refunds, or exchanges.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness of the store.
• Conduct daily cleaning duties, ensuring the store is tidy, neat and inviting at all times.
• Replenish stock and assist with inventory checks and product tagging.
• Handle customer feedback or complaints with tact and positivity.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
• Stay updated with fashion trends, promotions, and brand policies.

Requirements

• Must be able to work according to Retail Shifts, weekends and public holiday.
• Good knowledge of spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin speaking customers are expected.
• Customer service experience is valuable.
• Fresh graduates without experience are welcome; training will be provided.
