Job summary

A leading e-commerce platform in Malaysia is hiring for a position that involves welcoming and assisting customers, ensuring a tidy reception area, and efficiently servicing delivery, packing, and shipping needs. The successful candidate will also coordinate with drivers for pick-up, monitor operations at the Drop-Off Point, and assist in sorting and processing volumes. Adherence to operational procedures and the willingness to perform ad-hoc duties are essential. This role offers a full-time schedule with rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-stocked with necessary stationery and materials.
  • Service customers' delivery, packing, and shipping needs efficiently.
  • Receive customer orders and coordinate with drivers for pick-up.
  • Monitor and ensure smooth operation and parcel pick-up procedures at the Drop-Off Point.
  • Assist, sort & process inbound volume and support drivers in parcel collection.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures at all times.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Employment & Salary Details
Full-Time (FTE)
  • Basic Salary: RM2,050
  • KPI Incentive: Up to RM1,175
  • Fixed Allowance: RM150
  • Overtime (if required)
  • EPF & SOCSO
Fixed Term Contract
  • Basic Salary: RM1,850
  • KPI Incentive: Up to RM575
  • Fixed Allowance: RM150
  • Overtime (if required)

Working Hours

6 working days per week, rotational shifts & offdays

  • 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
