Working Hours

JOB SCOPE – RETAIL ASSISTANT

• Sales & Customer Service
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
  • Recommend suitable products based on customer needs
  • Explain product features, sizing, and usage
  • Encourage add-on sales and promotions
• Shop Operations
  • Maintain shop cleanliness and neat product displays
  • Arrange and restock merchandise
  • Ensure price tags and displays are correct
  • Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor when low
• Cashier Duties
  • Handle cash and cashless payments
  • Issue receipts and ensure correct billing
  • Manage daily sales records (basic level)
• Stock Handling
  • Assist in receiving and checking new stock
  • Help with simple stock counting and labeling
  • Report damaged or missing items
• Basic Online Support (Optional / Bonus)
  • Assist with WhatsApp or social media customer enquiries
  • Pack online orders (if required)
