Job summary

A leading apparel retailer is seeking a Retail Assistant to enhance the in-store experience through customer service and product recommendations. The ideal candidate will maintain store standards and promote a global brand image. Positions are available in Johor Bahru and other locations. Training is provided for fresh graduates and inexperienced applicants. Salary range from RM 2,500 to RM 3,000 plus commission.

Job Responsibilities

• For customer’s overall in store experience by providing customer service, understanding customer’s needs, recommend suitable apparels to suit customer’s need, and offer alternative to customer.
• Maintain, replenish and upkeep of store according to brand image and Standards.
• Actively maintains a global brand image.

Job Requirements

• Retail Assistant (JB JB SOUTHKEY MID VALLEY) BASIC SALARY RM 3,000, COMMISSION RM 400-RM 1,500
• Good knowledge of spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum education level SPM
• Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.

• Customer service experience will be of valuable
