Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a restaurant or operations management.

Operational Management
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and compliance with company standards.

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Team Leadership & Scheduling
  • Recruit, train, and inspire the restaurant team.

  • Manage staff schedules to ensure efficient manpower coverage.

  • Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Food Quality Control
  • Conduct regular food tasting.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to improve taste, presentation, and consistency.

Customer Experience
  • Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care.

  • Deliver excellent service and ensure guests have a memorable dining experience.

Inventory & Cost Control
  • Monitor stock levels, manage orders, and control costs effectively.

  • Minimize waste and promote sustainable operations.

Sales & Performance
  • Drive sales performance and achieve outlet targets.

  • Analyze reports and implement action plans for continuous improvement.

Reporting
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operation reports.

  • Communicate effectively with HQ or regional teams on key updates.
