Store Manager / Supervisor (F&B)

Location: Multiple outlets; Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
• Lead, train, and supervise service and kitchen crew
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and service standards
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and basic discipline
• Manage stock, cash handling, and daily sales reporting
• Handle customer feedback and ensure good customer experience
• Support sales targets, promotions, and company initiatives

Requirements
